Service Request
Typically each tenant has designated individuals who
are authorized to submit Tenant Service Requests and approve any
charges. If your suite needs service, please notify your
designated person first.
Building staff are equipped to handle the majority
of service requests. Grubb & Ellis also utilizes the services of
numerous qualified contractors if necessary.
Most service requests are responded to within 24
hours. Certain items may be billable to the Tenant, in which
case a Work Order Authorization will be sent to the Tenant to approve
the work and subsequent charges.
Emergency requests should be phoned into the
Property Management Office at (734) 953-9997. After-hour calls
are handled by our answering service. They utilize a call list
to contact Building Staff.
Emergencies include: no heat, no power, elevator entrapment, water leaks, window breakage, and illegal
suite entry.
